learned to save time while others are still wasting it on something useless.

to say no
You do not want to sound impolite and rude. You do not want to offend or hurt
anyone’s feelings. As a result, you say ‘yes’ more often than you should. Say
‘no’ if your life, family life or career, do not suffer because of this. You
need to focus on things that make a difference in one way or another as well as
things that make your own life better.

2-Take plenty of rest
Remember to take plenty of breaks during the day at work or home. If you are a housewife and do laundry, shopping, cooking, gardening and cleaning the house, you get tired and exhausted by the end of the day. Take breaks in-between the tasks. The same rule applies if you are an office worker. Your productivity decreases if you do not let you mind and body restore from time to time.
3_Skipping meetings
Try out another tip that can save your time. Skip meetings and count how many hours a week you have managed to save. One third of your workday may be spent in the meeting, which is a great waste of time. You meet people, talk about various things that do not help you move ahead. Your business is more important so concentrate on what brings you some sort of profit.
4-No more distracting messages and notifications
Distractions themselves are less harmful and time-consuming than the recovery and the time it takes to get back to what you were doing and focus on your task. You read a text and it takes a few seconds, but after reading it you need more than 20 minutes to fully restore your concentration. Distractions pull people away from their work and won’t let them focus.
5_Setting limits and sticking to them
Do not trust any sorts of applications that you are offered to download. There are hundreds of them nowadays. Programmers have created games and messengers for mobile phones to make our life more entertaining. We can talk to our friends and family through cell phones. But all these apps distract you and you waste time. Set limits if you cannot stay without your apps.
6-Cut your losses
You do not want to feel a loser. And whenever you fail, you keep on trying. Well, in some situation this strategy does not work and leads to failures and a waste of time. Even if you have invested hours into a project that seems to be fruitless, we recommend you should admit that you need to switch and try something new.
